With nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in claims involving federal and state EEO issues or Employer’s Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) coverages, Mr. Chapman brings a results oriented approach to the defense of employment-related claims, and works with clients to coordinate cost-effective and efficient strategies.

Before joining LaFleur & Laborde as a partner, Mr. Chapman's previous 20 years of practice was as partner with Milling, Benson, Woodward and as an attorney with Avant & Falcon, where his practice focused on labor and employment issues.
